Québec home energy rebates
25 home energy programs are open in Québec right now, and 1 more is announced: 20 run by the province, utilities and cities, and 6 federal. For an air-source heat pump, the Énergir Dual-Energy Grants program and the LogisVert Efficient Homes Program add up to $14,000 if you qualify for each. The federal National Heat Pump Rebate adds $2,000 (up to $10,000 below the median income) once it opens; there’s no launch date yet.
In Québec, Hydro-Québec's LogisVert program pays heat pump subsidies based on the unit's capacity at -8 °C, which makes the amount hard to estimate. Our calculator and this page show what LogisVert, other Québec offers and federal rebates could cover, and the 9-month window to apply after installation.

What an air-source heat pump can get in Québec
Every rebate you could combine for an air-source heat pump, if you qualify for each. Each program has its own rules about equipment, contractors and pre-approval, so treat this as the most you could get, not a quote.
