Other ways to unsubscribe

  • Use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any RebateHub email. It’s the quickest way.
  • Reply STOP to any text message from an installer, or tell them on the phone that you don’t want more calls.
  • Write to privacy@rebatehub.ca, or to our mailing address on the privacy policy.

What happens next

  • We act on your request without delay, and always within 10 business days, as Canada’s anti-spam law requires.
  • If you withdraw consent for installers, we tell every installer who received your request, and they must stop contacting you.
  • We keep a short record that you unsubscribed, so we can prove we respected it.
