A slot in a smaller province costs less than Ontario heat pumps. Founding rates apply to slots bought by December 31, 2026 and stay locked for 12 months while the placement is active.

What homeowners see

A text placement beside the quote form: your company name, one sentence, your program registration when we can confirm it, and a link to your site. It loads as fast as the rest of the page and reads like it.

It works best on your About or Certifications page rather than in a sitewide footer. It says you’re featured on RebateHub, not that RebateHub, a government or a utility endorses your work.

Questions about placements

One clearly labelled “Sponsored” box with your company name, one sentence and a link to your site, on the rebate page for your province and upgrade, plus the matching program and city pages listed for your slot. It sits beside our listings and the quote form, never inside the list of programs. One installer per province and upgrade.

We don’t know yet, and we won’t guess. RebateHub is new. When we have a full month of measured page views for a slot, we show it on this page. Until then you pay the founding rate, and the first month is refunded if you’re not happy.

No. Prices depend on the province and upgrade, from $25 to $199 a month at founding rates, month to month, plus applicable taxes. Cancel any time by email; it ends at the close of the month you’ve paid for. Ask for a refund in your first month and we refund it. Founding rates stay locked for 12 months while the placement is active.

Yes. You need to be licensed and insured for the work, and registered with the rebate programs you install for, where a program requires it. We read your text before it goes live: claims must be true, and nothing can suggest a government or utility endorses you. The full rules are in our partner terms.

No. Program facts, amounts and the order we list programs in are never for sale. The placement is labelled “Sponsored” and its link is marked as a sponsored link.

Yes. Pay per lead instead: heat pump leads are $35 shared or $85 exclusive at founding rates, and founding partners get their first qualified lead free. Check availability for your area on the For contractors page.
