For heat pump, HVAC, insulation, window and solar installers, and energy advisors
Homeowners who’ve seen their rebate, asking you for a quote.
RebateHub shows Canadians the rebates their home qualifies for, and the steps to claim them. When they ask for quotes, we send the request to no more than 3 installers who serve their area, or to you alone.
Heat pump leads from $35, first one free. No contract.

What contractors hate about lead services, and what we do instead
Leads sold to five or more companies- Never more than 3. Homeowners agree to hear from up to 3 installers who serve their area. We keep the consent record and never resell the lead. Want it alone? Take it exclusive, or a first look.
Paying for wrong numbers- Credited in 72 hours. Wrong contact details, duplicates, out-of-area requests and people who never asked. Credits don’t expire.
Annual contracts and hidden prices- Every price is on this page. No contract: 30 days’ notice to stop, and unused prepaid money back.
Homeowners who can’t get the rebate- Rebate-ready and list-checked. Each lead arrives with the programs and the steps before work starts, and a lead that depends on a rebate only goes to installers we’ve checked on that program’s official contractor list.
Who you’ll hear from
Nobody reads rebate rules for fun. The people who use our finder are pricing a heat pump, insulation or solar for their own home, and they want the rebate to land.
They’ve done the homework
Every lead has picked an upgrade, a timeline and a postal code, and said whether they own the home. Leads from our rebate finder also include heating fuel, home type and the programs that apply.
They need an installer the program accepts
Many rebates only pay when a participating or registered contractor does the work. Before a partner gets leads that depend on such a rebate, we check the program’s official contractor list. If no checked installer serves the area, we hold the lead rather than send it to one the program won’t pay.
They asked to hear from you
They found us by searching for rebates, not through door-knocking or cold calls, and they ticked an unticked box asking installers to contact them.
What’s in every lead
Exactly what the homeowner told us, nothing inferred. Quote-form leads carry the basics; leads from our rebate finder carry more, because the homeowner answered more.
We don’t pass on a homeowner’s answer about income-tested programs, as our partner terms say.
- Name and email
- Every lead
- Phone
- When the homeowner gives one (it’s optional). Leads without a phone number are 50% of the price.

- Timeline

Our partner standards
Rebate programs attract scams. These rules protect homeowners, and the reputation of every honest installer on the list.
Program-registered
Registered or participating with the rebate programs you’ll quote on, where they require it.
Licensed and insured
Valid trade licences (for example TSSA, ESA, RBQ) and liability insurance on file.
CASL-compliant
Contact leads only about their request and honour unsubscribe and do-not-call requests.
No door-knocking
No door-to-door or unsolicited selling to RebateHub homeowners.
No government impersonation
Never imply you work for, or are approved by, a government or utility program.
Data stays with the job
Use homeowner details only for that request and delete them on request.
What a job costs you
A lead’s price only matters next to the jobs it turns into. Put in your own close rate and margin.

About $350 per job won

Illustrative. The close rate and margin are yours; our defaults are industry estimates, not RebateHub results. The 15–20% close for exclusive leads is our assumption, not a measured figure. Benchmarks are US third-party figures converted at 1.42 CAD per USD.

A lead with several upgrades is priced at the highest trade you serve on it. Energy-assessment requests go to at most 2 advisors and aren’t sold in Quebec, where Rénoclimat books evaluations.
First look: yours alone for 4 working hours (8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Toronto time, Monday to Saturday), then it may go to up to 2 more installers.

Or a monthly plan

You pay for leads we deliver
If we send fewer leads than your plan includes in a month, each missing lead is credited at your plan’s per-lead price on your next month, or refunded in cash if you cancel. We never keep money for leads we didn’t send.
Bad leads don’t count
A lead we credit under our 72-hour rules (wrong number, duplicate, outside your area, wrong trade, not the owner) doesn’t count toward your plan, so we send another or credit it.
Month to month, cancel any time
No minimum term, no cancellation fee. Cancel from the link in your Stripe receipt or by email; your plan ends at the close of the month you’ve paid for. We never upgrade or renew you into a different plan.
A renewal email every month
7 days before each renewal we email you the date, the amount and how to cancel, with what we delivered so far.
Extra leads only if you ask
Your plan stops at its allotment unless you set a higher monthly cap. Extra leads then cost your plan’s per-lead price, never more.
Only where we can deliver
We sell a plan only where our measured requests can fill it. Everywhere else you can join the waitlist, and we email you the real request count when it opens.
How a request becomes a lead
A lead is only useful if the homeowner expects your call. Every request goes through the same steps before it reaches you.

- 1
The homeowner describes the project
Postal code, the upgrade, whether they own the home and when they want to start. Finder leads also include heating fuel and home type.
- 2
They see their rebates
Finder users see which federal, provincial, utility and city programs apply before they ask for quotes, so they arrive knowing the paperwork involved.
- 3
They give explicit consent
An unticked checkbox, separate from any newsletter opt-in, agrees to contact by phone, text or email from up to 3 installers who serve their area. We store the exact wording, version and time.
- 4
We check and score it
Postal code and phone format checks, and a priority score based on timeline and project fit.
- 5
You receive it
With the homeowner’s answers, the rebate steps they saw and the consent record attached.
We’re early, and that’s useful to you
RebateHub is new. We’d rather tell you that than invent volume numbers. Founding partners choose their postal areas first, and each featured placement is limited to one installer per province and upgrade.
We’ll share real request counts for your area before you prepay, so you can decide with numbers in front of you.
Check your area
Pick where you work and what you install. You’ll see your prices, whether the featured placement is open, and how many programs there need a registered contractor, before you give us any contact details.
- ReplyBy email, with the real request count for your area
- CheckWe confirm your program registrations and licences
- AgreementPlain-language partner terms, no minimum term
- Go liveLeads start; founding partners are invoiced weekly for 60 days
Exclusive and first-look leads: one partner per postal area and trade. Shared partners there get those leads only once that partner reaches its monthly cap or pauses. See every featured placement.
