HPCN membership: which B.C. rebates need it

7 current B.C. rebate programs in our data only pay when the installer is a Home Performance Contractor Network (HPCN) member: HRR, FortisBC Heat Pump Rebate for Income-Qualified Customers, Solar & battery rebate, FortisBC Insulation Rebates, Community-based top-ups, BC Hydro Condo and Apartment Rebate Program and Heat pump bonus.

Together with the other programs open today, a B.C. household can stack up to $5,000 for an air-source heat pump, plus $2,000 once the federal rebate opens. Homeowners who want that money need an HPCN installer.
