For installers in Ontario
Window and door leads in Ontario
For windows and doors in Ontario we track 1 rebate open to most homes (HRSP), 7 city loans and 2 income-tested programs (not sold as leads).
In all, 10 current programs: Home Renovation Savings Program, Better Homes Ottawa Loan Program and 7 more local programs, plus a federal program.
2 of them only pay when the work is done by a participating contractor or an approved contractor, so homeowners go looking for an installer who already qualifies.
Here, most of the help is financing: 7 of these programs are loans homeowners repay, often on their tax or utility bill.

How our window leads work
Homeowners in Ontario find us by searching for rebates. When they ask for quotes, we send the request to installers who serve their postal area. Where a program only pays through a listed contractor, the lead only goes to partners we've checked on that program's official list.
See the page they read: Ontario windows & doors rebates.
Consent on every lead
The homeowner ticked an unticked box agreeing to hear from up to 3 companies. You get the exact wording, its version and the time.
Shared, first look or exclusive
A shared lead goes to at most 3 companies. A first look is yours alone for 4 working hours before it may go to others. An exclusive lead goes to you alone. You choose.
What’s in it
Name, email, postal code, the upgrade, timeline and whether they own the home; phone when given (a lead without a phone number is 50% of the price). Finder leads add heating fuel, home type and the programs that apply.
Credits
Wrong contact details, duplicates and out-of-area requests are credited if you report them within 72 hours.
