Repentigny home energy rebates and loans

The city’s Energy Renovation Top-Ups offers grants of up to $500. For an air-source heat pump, rebates add up to $14,200 today from the Énergir Dual-Energy Grants (heat pump added to a natural gas system), the LogisVert Efficient Homes Program and the city’s Energy Renovation Top-Ups. The federal National Heat Pump Rebate will add $2,000, or up to $10,000 below the median income, once it opens.

Repentigny is a suburban city on the north shore of the St. Lawrence, east of Montréal, mostly detached houses and duplexes. The City adds a 25% top-up to the Québec and Hydro-Québec grants homeowners already receive.
